What this website does, and does not do

• There are no contact forms, registrations, newsletters or private areas: the website does not collect data entered by visitors.
• It uses no cookies or other tools that store information on your device, and no analytics tools or advertising pixels: see the Cookie Policy.
• Fonts, images and scripts are served by this website itself: browsing its pages does not make your browser contact third-party servers.
• WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps directions are not embedded in the pages: they are ordinary links that open only when you choose them.

Browsing data

As with any website, to display its pages the hosting server receives certain technical data sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser type and operating system. These data may be recorded in the hosting provider’s technical logs, which it processes to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. The controller does not use them to identify or profile visitors.

Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest in making the website securely available (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you contact us

You can call us or message us on WhatsApp from the website. In these cases we process the data you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, message content and event details, only to reply and, if requested, organise the service, such as a Buffet or Open Bar.

Legal basis: responding to your request and taking steps before entering into a contract, or performing a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

WhatsApp messages pass through the WhatsApp service, which processes them under its own privacy notice. The suggested message text is only a suggestion: you can edit or delete it before sending.

Links to external services

The website contains links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps. Opening them takes you away from this website: those services’ privacy and cookie policies then apply, and are outside the controller’s control.

Who may process the data

Data are not made public. Providers of technical services needed for the website, such as the hosting provider, may process them on behalf of the controller.

Retention period

Data are kept for the time needed for the purposes described: technical logs according to the hosting provider’s retention periods, and messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting service.

Your rights

You may ask the controller at any time for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Articles 15–22 GDPR), using the contact details above.

If you believe that processing of your data breaches the GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
